Admission requirements and rules of procedure

Reception desk open: 8:30am to 12pm and 3pm to 7pm - Time barrier: 7am to 11pm

Rental : Chalets, Mobil home, Caravan : from 3pm (arrival time)...until 9.30am (departure time)
The rental of a pitch is from 15h00 (arrival time) to 12h00 (departure time).

* Swimming pool: Open swimming pool: from June 1st to September 30th. : Schedule: 10:30 am to 7 pm


Rental conditions: it is personal

The lessee shall refrain from subletting or transferring the rental or the site to a third party. Attention: for safety and insurance reasons, it is forbidden to exceed the number of occupants provided for in each rental. In accommodation as in pitch, adults, children and babies make up the number of occupants. In the event of overcrowding in the rentals or on the camping pitches, your reservation will be cancelled purely and simply, and under no circumstances can a refund be made.
In case of inaccurate declaration of the tenant, the present contract will be cancelled by right and all the paid sums will remain acquired to the renter of the rental or the pitch. You must advise us of any possible delay in your arrival in order to keep your rental or pitch.
Camping. The manager reserves the right to dispose of the rental or the pitch if there is no news 24 hours after the date of arrival.

The rental of a chalet, a mobile home, is done by weekly period from Saturday to Saturday from 3:00 pm to the following Saturday at 9:30 am at the latest.

- Rental 10 or 11 nights

Possible from Saturday 3:00 pm to Wednesday 9:30 am or from Wednesday 3:00 pm to Saturday 9:30 am.
Upon arrival, you must check the inventory of the rented property and inform us of any anomalies found within 24 hours (inventory or deterioration of the rented property). After this period, it will no longer be possible to take it into account).
An insurance covering your Resort Civil Liability is mandatory to stay on the property.
Discounts: Condition: The time of the discount must be in full, included in the following dates :
- Caravans: before 04/07 and from 22/08: 5% for 2 weeks.
- Mobil Homes / Chalets: before 04/07 and from 22/08: 5% for 2 weeks.
- Example: 3 weeks stay which only includes 2 weeks in these dates: 5% discount for 2 weeks.

The reservation of the rental unit or camping pitch becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of the signed contract, accompanied by the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount for the rental of the stay.

Pitch : 60€ payable to Camping Les Bonnets
Pets are accepted in some of our rentals (see the price list) except for the so-called "Dangerous" dogs of 1st and 2nd category, which are absolutely excluded. Provide insurance for your pets.
Dogs must be tattooed and vaccinated.
They must be kept on a leash and under no circumstances should pets be left alone in the rental units or on the campsite pitch in the absence of their master, who is civilly responsible for them.
Provide their basket in the rentals.

Cancellation :
In case of cancellation, you must send us a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, accompanied by a receipt, in no case the weather conditions will be applicable reasons.
If the cancellation takes place 60 days before the date of the stay, a lump sum of 100 € will be retained.
If the cancellation takes place between 60 and 30 days before your arrival, the totality of the deposit will be retained.
For a cancellation one month before your arrival, the totality of the stay will be required.
Once the stay has started, there is no refund possible due to early departure, whatever the reason.
In case of early departure, the management reserves the right to re-let the rental or the pitch.

Security Deposit :

Upon arrival, a deposit of 300 € will be required for the rented property and a deposit of 100 € for cleaning.
Also a deposit of 20 € will be required for the magnetic barrier pass that will allow you access to the campsite.
These deposits will be returned to you the day of your departure, after the inventory of fixtures carried out by us (inventory of fixtures by appointment, to be taken at the reception desk in advance between 6:30 and 9:30 am imperative the day of departure). In the event of departure outside opening hours, they will be returned to you by post within fifteen days of your departure, after deduction of the value of the damaged or missing items and possibly the restoration of the rented property.
Without a deposit on your part, you will not be able to access your rental.
The cleaning of the rented property is the responsibility of the tenant. At the end of your stay, the rented property must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. If not, a sum of 60 € will be retained from the deposit.
